Our private tours and tasting experience includes a short walk through our ancient olive grove and vineyard. You will learn about the unique environment of Puglia, how we enrich our soil, along with our techniques to keep our farm organic and environmentally friendly. Followed by a private tasting, where each wine is paired with a naturally flavored olive oil, accompanied by Pugliese frise bread which will be held either outside or in our air-conditioned studio.
