At the core  of our winemaking philosophy lies a commitment to purity and authenticity. We meticulously preserve the natural organoleptic characteristics of each grape variety, eschewing excessive manipulation to craft wines that are not only accessible but also distinctive. Our approach is centered on achieving balance and elegance, prioritizing the creation of wines that authentically reflect the unique terroir from which they originate.

These artisanal wines, with their rounded profiles and pleasing palates, result from meticulous grape selection and careful harvesting during the cooler hours of the day, ensuring the preservation of their aromatic qualities. In the cellar, every step is executed with precision: the grapes undergo delicate destemming and are subject to controlled temperature fermentation for 15/25 days, maximizing the extraction of their qualities while maintaining their integrity.

This exacting approach allows us to minimize the use of sulfites, thereby ensuring the most natural preservation of our wines possible

 

 

 

Essenza di Puglia

PRIMITIVO   RED PGI SALENTO

Ruby red color with hints of ripe berries, cherry and plum jams. Spicy and toasted notes of vanilla, cocoa and coffee given by the refining of 6 months in steel and 4 in French oak barrels. On the palate it is soft, velvety and persistent with an elegant tannic structure typical of the primitivo. Excellent meditation wine and accompaniment to grilled, roasted and braised meats.
